Refund policy

There is a 30-day return policy for any purchased product on this site, this means after you have received the product you have 30 days to request a return. In order to be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required to validate your purchase return.

If you would like to request a merchandise return, please contact us at custserv@ventorbrand.com. We will review and process your returned items. If your items are eligible for a return, we will send you a return shipping label with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us prior to requesting a return will not be accepted by our store.
